  Timeless Classics car club Meeting Notes January 3, 2011
Hi Folks,
The new year is here and we have plans to make for a fun filled year of cruises and events. The first event is the banquet to be held on February 13th at Red Rooster in Fairville. We will arrive at noon for social hour. Followed by the meal and then the meeting and election of officers. The theme for the banquet will be “ Then & Now “. If you have any pictures or memorabilia to share of your past and now please send them to Eileen for her to scan so we can use them for decorations. You will get the originals returned to you. Her address is 135 Gurnee Road, Newark. We will also be electing officers at the meeting following the dinner. Up for election is President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and 2 directors If you know of someone who would like to serve, please call Linda Eygnor at 594-8300 to make a nomination. At the April meeting the club will decide what organizations to donate to in 2011. If you would like input on this, please plan to attend the meeting. A discussion was held regarding this years car show to be held on August 14th. We need your help in getting sponsors this year. A form is being made up to give to the sponsors . We should have some to give out at the banquet. Member Larry Yonker won the 50/50 drawing at last nights meeting and won $11. If you haven’t renewed your membership and sent your money in for the banquet, please do so soon. We would like it before January 15th. See you next month. Donna Warrick –secretary 594-8456
